Shipping
All shipments and any returns are always free of charge.
The shipping service is standard, and delivery takes place within 2 to 5 business days from the moment the Products are handed over to the courier by the Seller, in Italy and the European Union.
Orders are processed from Monday to Friday, excluding Italian national holidays.
When placing your order, we always recommend providing your shipping address as completely as possible to ensure that the courier can easily locate the destination.
To track the status of your order's shipment, you can follow the tracking code that will be sent to you via email once the shipping label is created.
If you are not present during a delivery attempt at your address, the courier may deliver the package to a nearby pickup point, where it will be held for 10 days, waiting for you to collect it. After 10 days, the package will be returned to the sender as undeliverable.

Returns and Refunds
Making a return for an order placed on cavokey.com is simple and free.
If you wish to return an item or exchange it for a different size, you have 14 calendar days from the day you receive your order.
Items must be returned in their original shipping condition, within their packaging, and with all tags attached.
We kindly ask you to handle the items with the utmost care when examining and trying them on.
Garments may have different fits depending on the model and fabric composition, so the most suitable size for each person may vary from item to item. Therefore, we encourage you to use the "Find Your Size" tool available on our website to identify the correct fit. This will help minimize return shipments and contribute to preserving the environment.
Returns
If you wish to return an item and get a refund for the amount paid, you can make an online return request by logging into the shop under "My Orders." You will find a list of orders from the most recent to the oldest. By clicking the magnifying glass and the "Return Products" button (available only if still within the timeframe mentioned above), you can select one or more products to return.

Once the return request is completed through the reserved area in the online shop, the relevant return label will be automatically generated and sent to you via email.
The label, which bears the recipient's postal address: Cavokey Resi Ecommerce – via Borgo Padova 148, 35012 Camposampiero PD (IT), must be printed and affixed to the outside of the package.
The previous shipping label must always be removed from the package before returning the item.
The item must be returned through one of the nearest drop-off points indicated on the return label.
Once we have received the item, we will verify its condition and evaluate whether to accept the return. If we accept the return, the amount paid for the returned items will be refunded to you within 14 days of return acceptance and to the same payment method used for the purchase.
If the item was purchased via bank transfer, our Customer Care will contact you to confirm the bank details for the refund transfer.
As soon as we have processed the refund, we will send you a confirmation email.
If the item is returned worn, stained, or otherwise damaged, it will not be accepted and will be sent back to the shipping address. In this case, the amount paid for the damaged item will not be refunded.
Important Notes Regarding Returns
Items that are returned must be shipped by the customer in the same condition as they were received and within the original packaging, perfectly sealed. The item must also be accompanied by all the tags, labels, and documents present inside the package at the time of order receipt by the customer.
Any items that are visibly used, stained, damaged, or missing the original tags and related documents will not be accepted as returns and will be sent back to the customer without any refund.
The item for which a return is requested must be shipped from the original country of receipt and within the original packaging, on which the label generated automatically after completing the return request form on cavokey.com, as described above, must be affixed.
The return request must be made within 14 calendar days from the day of receipt of the order by the Buyer.
For this reason, any return requests made after this period will not be accepted.
Cavokey is in no way responsible for any loss of items in transit for return. Notwithstanding the provisions regarding the right of withdrawal, Cavokey guarantees the Buyer that the Products comply with the Contract and, in particular, that they: match the description provided on the e-Shop; are suitable for the intended use; and possess the qualities of goods of the same type. In any case, Cavokey does not guarantee that the images published on its Website or e-Shop will always be perfectly identical to the purchased Products. Insignificant differences between the Product description on the Website or e-Shop and the actual characteristics of the Products delivered to the customer will not be considered as grounds for non-compliance.
The conformity guarantee of the Products sold on the e-Shop is valid for a period of 2 (two) years from the date of receipt of the Products by the Buyer.
In the case of non-conformity defects, the rules set out in Legislative Decree of September 6, 2005, no. 206, articles 128-135-septies will apply, limited to transactions subject to the aforementioned regulation. These provisions apply exclusively to consumers and do not apply if the Buyer has made the purchase for business, commercial, craft, or other professional purposes.
